You, Me & A Calling I Can’t Outrun…

Hand placing a ‘Vision’ puzzle piece into a missing slot above the word ‘Mission,’ symbolizing alignment of purpose and calling.
By God’s grace, I will help 100 entrepreneurs finish well in the next 10 years. This isn’t a goal. It’s an assignment.

I need three things from you—three things I MUST HAVE.

I HOPE YOU WILL KEEP READING.

Five years ago, I walked away from my second career with one certainty: I wanted to finish well.

The “how”? That was the mystery.

But last month, sitting in my living room, surrounded by 10 founders who’d come from across the country for a two-day retreat, I got revelation. These weren’t just CEOs—they were people who’d been stuck, just like I once was, terrified of the “What’s next?” question.

All ten of these founders are in one of our virtual groups.

Two days of raw conversation, holy wrestling, and legacy-building.

We worked. We grappled. We prayed.

🏢 Worked through the “10-5-1 Plan” (10-year vision → 5-year milestones → 1-year actions).

🤼 Grappled with hard questions.

🙏 Prayed over obituaries—not as morbid exercises, but as declarations of legacy.

And then—it hit me.

As I poured into them, listening to their fears, dreams, and roadblocks, something sacred unfolded.

The very act of helping them finish well brought crystal-clear focus to my own finishing well.

These leaders—many of whom had never been in the same physical room together—began sharing their deepest fears, biggest dreams, and the legacy they longed to leave.

And in that moment, I knew: This is the season God has been preparing me for all my life.

I contemplated: This isn’t just another career—it is my calling.

As I rehearsed the fruit of what has happened over the last 18 months, I was amazed.

8 founders completed their Succession Plan for Impact (SPFI) and entered their “Finishing Well” season.

3 more will execute their succession plans in the next 6 months.

5 more are actively developing their plans.

In that moment, my Big Hairy Audacious Goal (BHAG) locked into place: By God’s grace, I will help 100 entrepreneurs finish well in the next 10 years.

By God’s grace, I will help 100 entrepreneurs finish well in the next 10 years.

This isn’t a goal. It’s an assignment.

One day, I want to stand before God and say: “I completed my assignment. I helped 100 founders steward their businesses for generational impact.”

16 down. 84 to go.

The 3 Mission-Critical Non-Negotiables

I need three things from you—three things I MUST HAVE:

1️⃣ Your Ears (The Non-Negotiable) This isn’t just helpful—it’s mission-critical.

If you don’t tell me:

  • The real questions leaders are asking

  • The fears keeping them up at night

  • The gaps in my content that leave them stuck…

…then I’m flying blind.

I can’t afford to waste time answering questions no one’s actually asking. A must have for effectiveness.

So here’s the deal: See my content? React to it. Hear a struggle? Tell me. Know a founder who’s stuck? Introduce us.

Your input isn’t optional—it’s the fuel for this movement. Please.

2️⃣ Your Introductions

  • I believe the most strategic people in my life are ones I haven’t met yet—AND YOU KNOW THEM!

  • Who’s one founder in your circle who’s ready to finish well? Our next Breakthrough Mastermindstarts January 17th. Would you make the intro?

3️⃣ Your Prayers

  • This is spiritual work. As John Wesley said, “God does nothing but in answer to prayer.”

  • Pray for clarity for these founders. Pray for courage for me. Pray for breakthroughs we can’t manufacture.

What’s Next?

Succession planning isn’t about exiting—it’s about expanding your impact so the next generation can carry the torch.

This is my third career. My last one. And by God’s grace, my most significant. And without your help, I cannot do this.

Will you help me?
